As a twin and a Gemini, the artist was always comfortable with a fluid sense of self, capable of shifting and transforming. As a person grows out of one self into another, as constant state of being, a sort of bipolarity may be experienced. This is due to the fact that breaking habits and thought patterns takes place over a period of time rather than at the switch of a button. This painting aims to normalize this constant state of transformation and remind you are not crazy, you are changing.
